Stop privatizing city responsibilities! I sent a comment form to the city.
Me too - privatization just means cutting back spending. As if ACC is lavishly funded to start with! Charities do things cheaply because they rely on volunteers. Privatization sheds jobs and so increases unemployment and reduces tax revenue - what a great strategy in a recession.
Argh.....can you imagine the care animals would get from one of Daley's low-bid buddies?
